This free property listing service is offered by Peach Home Loans to all property buyers and sellers. The listing service is free and without obligation - regardless of whether or not Peach helps you get a home loan.

Basic Listing:
You may advertise a basic listing for free and without obligation. This makes your property
listing immediately visible to thousands of property seekers and real estate
agents - currently running at up to 7,000 unique visits a month! You may
include all relevant details of your property. The details of your property
are displayed below Premium listings. Graphics (including drawings or photographs)
can be uploaded as graphics files with basic listings. Even if you upload them,
your graphics files will NOT be displayed while your listing remains a basic one.
However those graphics will be displayed if you upgrade your service either by taking
out a loan through Peach (in which case you are eligible for a Premium Listing on our
site with graphics files displayed) or by registering for a featured listing on
YourEstate.com.au (see below).
Premium Listings of the Month
You can have a free premium listing on our site if you are an existing Peach client
or if you take out a new loan with Peach. You can upload up to nine photographs with
your listing. A Peach Premium Listing will also mean that your property has the
highest priority in search results on our site (along with other Peach Premium Listings).
Once you have conditional approval through Peach, e-mail ahunter@peaches.com.au siting
your Property ID number (obtained when you first list your property), your name and
your application manager. Then we’ll upgrade your listing and improve your chances
of a sale through Peach.
Listing on our Partner’s site
The database powering this site is provided by YourEstate.com.au. Any basic or
Premium Listing on the Peach site will also appear as a basic listing on
YourEstate.com.au. Should you wish to have your property appear as a featured
site on YourEstate.com.au, the fees for doing so are modest and are outlined
below. Featured properties on the YourEstate site appear as Premium Listings on our site,
but below Peach Premium Listings. However without payment to YourEstate.com.au,
Peach Premium Listings feature only as basic listings on the YourEstate site.

Q. Is it really free, what's the catch?
A. Yes, Peach provides a free basic listing for all property buyers and sellers. For Peach Clients, we offer a free Premium listing.
Q. Can I advertise my property through Peach’s site if I am selling through an agent?
A. Yes, whether you are selling your property through a real estate agent or by yourself you can list it on the Peach site. When you are creating the property profile you will be given options: Sale by Owner, Sale through Agency etc.
Choose the appropriate option and save your property profile. If you are selling your property through a real estate agent you will need to specify the agent’s name and phone/mobile number in your property profile. We also recommend you use the "Inspection Timetable" so that potential buyers know exactly when to come and look at the property.

Q. Can I advertise property for private sale (for sale by owner)?
A. Yes, private sales (for sale by owner) are welcome. When you are creating
the property profile you will be given options: Sale by Owner, Sale through Agency
etc. Choose the appropriate option and save your property profile.

Q. Can I pay more to upgrade my listing?
A. Firstly, if you get a loan through Peach, you’ll have your advertisement upgraded to
a Premium Listing of the Month. If you wish to also upgrade your listing on our partner’s site,
you have the option of upgrading your listing from the free Basic Listing. For full details of

Q. How do I register?
A. Registering is simple, taking a few minutes of your time. You must supply a valid e-mail address and create a password. You will also need to provide some personal information which is mandatory such as your name, state and country and some optional information such as your phone number, mobile number etc. Obviously if you are advertising with us and want to be contactable via phone you will need to enter your phone number in your personal profile. Q. What is Property Seeker Profile and what do I need it for?
A. Property Seeker Profile is a powerful tool that assists you in finding the property you are looking for. Traditionally it is you, the Property Seeker, who had to do all the "leg work", you had to repeat your requirements again and again to different Estate Agents and you had no way of reaching the Property Owners directly.
Peach is offering you a conceptually new service - let the Property Owners and Real Estate Agents find you. With all your requirements saved in our database, they can either perform a manual search or better still, match their property listing with your profile. The system allows you to be very precise in specifying what you want, so for example nobody should be offering you a one bedroom flat if you are looking for a three bedroom family home and visa versa.
You can also set up an e-mail alert at the frequency you want ie. daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly - you will be receiving e-mails with property listings matching your Property Seeker's Profile.

Q. How do I create a Property Seeker Profile?
A. To be able to create your Peach Property Seeker Profile you need to
register with us. See How do I register? for more information.
Once registered you will need to follow these steps to add your Property Seeker Profile:
1. Click on "Login" link on the main page
2. On the login page provide your e-mail address and password
3. Once you logged in follow the "Manage" link in the "Property Seeker Profile(s)" box.
4. Click on "Add a Property Seeker Profile". It will take you to Step 1
5. Step 2 - you will need to enter your search criteria: what type(s) of property you are looking for, the suburbs (up to 10 suburbs), your price range (you may choose not to publish your price range) etc.
You can also specify your "Must haves" - property features that are important to you. Be careful with your "Must haves" so that you do not discourage Real Estate Agents and Property Owners from contacting you.
If you want to set up an e-mail alert check the "Activate my e-mail alert" box under the "Search criteria preferences" section and choose the frequency of your e-mail alert.
Property Seeker Profile being viewable by Real Estate Agents and Property Owners check the
"Publish my search criteria" box under the "Search criteria preferences" section. If for
some reason you do not want your Property Seeker Profile to be available on the Internet
just leave this box blank. 6. Step 3 - you will be asked to confirm the information you've
entered in the previous steps. If you want to change something you can press "Back" button
(you can also edit your Property Seeker Profile later at any time), otherwise press the
"Finish" button. Now your Property Seeker Profile has been saved in the database.

Q. How do I advertise my property ?
A. To be able to advertise your property/properties through Peach you need to register with us. See How do I register? for more information. Once registered you will need to follow these steps to add your property:
1. Click on "Login" link on the main page
2. On the login page provide your e-mail address and password
3. Once you logged in follow the "Manage" link in the "Property Listings" box, it will take you to the "Property listings" page.
4. To create a new property listing just click on "Add a new property" link, it will take you to the "Add property form". You will need to enter the information about your property. When you finished entering the property details click on the "Save" button and your property listing will be saved in our database.

Q. Do I get an individual web address (URL) for my property listing?
A. Yes, the address of your property listing would be in the form: http://property.peachhomeloans.com.au/property_9999.php. Where 9999 is the Id of your property listing. The property Id can be seen on the "Property Listings" page or when you edit the property profile. You can reference this address from other web sites i.e. discussion forums, to increase the Internet traffic to your property listing.
